The Language department offers three languages under Part I, namely Tamil, Hindi and French and English under Part II at the U.G. level. These courses are spread over the first two semesters for B.com., B.B.A., B.C.A., C.S.T. with B.Sc.Visual Communication and B.A.Corporate Economics students doing it for four semesters. Working under the autonomous pattern, the department strives to give primary importance to written and communication skills.

218 students have enrolled for Tamil, 82 for Hindi and 197 have opted for French as their Part I language for the current academic year.
