| The Language department offers three languages under Part I, namely Tamil, Hindi and French and English under Part II at the U.G. level. These courses are spread over the first two semesters for B.com., B.B.A., B.C.A., C.S.T. with B.Sc.Visual Communication and B.A.Corporate Economics students doing it for four semesters. Working under Choice Based Credit System the department offers four skill based papers to all second year UG students emphasizing on written and communication skills - Business English, Basic Grammar and Communication Skills, Introduction to Journalism and Writing Skills and Creative Writing.It also offers a skill based paper - Functional English to all I year PG students. |
